Recently,
wine steel maintenance engineering department’s "20 micron online fan
dynamic balance technology applied research" project was awarded the first
prize in Gansu province non-ferrous metallurgy industry association of science
and technology achievements appraisal. Prior to this, at the end of 2011, the
project has been found to achieve the leading domestic level and has won two
national patents in Gansu province science and technology achievement appraisal.
Along
with the group company to expand production scale, the fan system application
in the main production processes as sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking and
rolling are more and more widely. The key equipment fan running state is good
and bad is a necessary condition to guarantee that the production line can be
normal operation. According to statistics, in 2010, the unit production of wine
steel factories and mines has 9 times fan equipment fault for the reason of fan
rotor imbalance of online production equipment, caused the direct economic
losses of 8.2 million yuan.
Before
the "20 micron online fan dynamic balance technology applied
research" project promotion, wine steel has been using offline balancing
approach to dynamic balance of fan’s rotor imbalance, this method is
time-consuming, high cost and lack of precision. In addition, the three points
balance method and influence coefficient method that widely applied in China
also has many shortcomings. Facing this problem, by the end of 2010,
maintenance engineering department was set up a project research group, which
dominated by the maintenance area senior technician Song Junyi. They listed
solve this one real problem as for maintenance engineering technology research
topics, therefore, "20 micron online fan dynamic balance technology
applied research" put on the schedule.
After
a research team field study, theoretical analysis and practice, they final
summary and formed a set of mature "20 micron online fan dynamic balance
technology". This technique is generally applicable to the fan rotor
dynamic balancing testing and maintenance, it is mainly use the "three
round opening method" to judge fan rotor unbalance types, and removing the
fan rotor imbalance, increase the fan running cycle and service life. The
application of this technology can make the fan vibration displacement value
down to 20 microns, its advantages of easy to mastered, advanced technical
index has important significance for processing fan on-line dynamic unbalance
problem.
At
present, "20 micron online fan dynamic balance technology" has been
generally applied to the wind blower system of sinter plant, iron works,
steelmaking and rolling plant, carbon steel sheet plant, stainless steel
company, and progressively promotion in the group company. According to
incomplete statistics, last year, the 7 times of timely resolution of wine
steel online film production equipment failure or defect, created economic
benefits amounted to 35.04 million yuan.
